Whats the next best thing for losing a bit of body fat rather than running?

As I'm currently finding it hard to find time to run in general for me. I'd like to run, I might try to with my paper round. But ideally I think I should run for 30 mins. But I'm not sure if my paper round would complete that. As therefore I'm asking what is the next best thing for losing body fat rather than running? Thank you for your time.
