What can i do about eating?

my mom used to cook every night almost. now because she gets home about 7, she never cooks because shes tired. therefore, i either have to eat a frozen meal or cereal or i just dont eat. my parents hardly ever get take out anywhere cuz they say theyre broke. i understand my moms tired but i need to eat. and i can cook but we hardly have good enough food in the house
