How can i make my ex bf become my friend again?

im clinically depressed right now.ive been so lonely since the day he broke up with me.my life stopped .i do bad things to myself.i might die soon.i know no one can help me get better but my ex.i want him back but i know he doesnt love me anymore so i just need him to be my friend.when he left me i dont have any motivation to live and if hell comeback to my life id be happy again.but i dont have contact with him anymore.he blocked me on fb and i dont see him around anymore.we dont have any mutual friends.how can i make this possible?im tired of waiting.
