You do have pectus excavatum and it can be corrected surgically with really good results using the Nuss procedure. Usually it gets worse as kids grow up. I would go to a pediatric surgeon and have him evaluate you and have him tell you what he/she thinks. If you aren't having any symptoms and it dosent bother you then you likely wont need surgery if you don't want to but it's a good idea to have a specialist at least evaluate you.
