Shaking uncontrollably?
So I went home today, and took a nap for about two hours. It was sunny outside, the temperature at my house is normal, and I was wrapped up in a blanket. However, I was shaking uncontrollably upon my waking up. My teeth were chattering, my hands were so shaky, and my heart was beating very fast. This wouldn't go away until an hour after I woke up. I know I'm not sick with a fever, because of course I've had it before, but my heart didn't spazz out and my hands weren't shaking like they were today. I was scared, this has never happened before. I googled it, and some answers said that it was a response to stress, or I had an anxiety attack. I don't know what exactly this experience was, or if I should tell someone in my family about it.. (My sister's a nurse). This is the second time it's happened, but the first time wasn't this bad. I have indeed been stressed out lately, because my friend attempted suicide, and I've had two nervous break downs within the last 3 months, so that makes me think that this could be an anxiety attack, but I'm really not sure. (The last thing I thought about before falling asleep was if my friend was okay). I also think I'm clinically depressed, but my parents refuse to admit that there's something wrong with me. I took online tests for it, and they all come out as severe clinical depression. I don't know. ): what do you think happened, and what should I do?
