What's a healthy way for a teen to lose weight (plz read deets)?

I'm 13. I've tried practically every insane diet/excercise on the internet, but i usually give up quickly, because its too hard (worst excuse ever, right?). The problem is i eat my feelings and i eat out of boredom, so im snacking, like half the day (being a clinically depressed teenager who eats her feelings sorta sucks), so i also want to know if there's anything i can do to stop that. Any help would be appreciated.
