NEED HELP WITH SMALL JEANS! ASAP?

This may sound degrading, but I mean no harm. You should probably try to shop in the kids section for jeans since you are both short and small. Try GapKids or other local children's shops. For me, I am also small, but I am tall, so that never really worked out for me. You would probably be a size 12 or 14 in childrens sizes and that should work out.
