How to tell my Dad I'm clinically depressed?

I a seventeen year old girl, and live with my Dad. (My Mom passed away when I was 9.) I've just been ruining his life lately, (i.e: I punched a huge hole in the wall, I can't get a job, he gets me everything I want, and I am still a horrible daughter.) and I don't want to tell him, because I feel that it would just add more stress to his life. Also, I think I might be bi-sexual, which I don't ever want to tell him. What should I do?
