Guardian ad litem questions for wisconsin. Please help!?

A guardian ad litem is out for the interest of the child so what she is up to could back fire. If she is as bad as you say she is (smoking marijuana if the child is around would get her arrested for chemical endangerment here), you should go for primary custody and if child is nearing school age, it would be in the best interest of the child to have a primary residence. No the guardian ad litem should call and make an appointment with you at a time that is convenient to you. And normally a guardian ad litem is appointed by the court and paid for by the county or state because if one or the other of the parents paid for it, that would be considered a conflict of interest.
