Retarded is an offensive word to describe people with an intellectual disability. Since you have now asked this multiple times, you do appear to be slow to understand things. Having a disability and everyone hating you has nothing to do with each other. The construction of your sentence leads me to think you are not disabled at all and are just a troll.
