I NEED HELP! PLEASEE! PLEASE!?

I'm having serious thoughts about suicide & I feel like I might actually do it. I was recently diagnosed as clinically depressed. I'm 13 & a girl. I was recently put on Celexa. Although, I know that won't affect me for maybe a few weeks.. but anyway, I am having extreme suicidal thoughts, meaning how & when and blah.. my next appointment is in 2 weeks with my therapist person.. should I talk to my parents? My parents now know about everything.. like my suicidal thoughts. They also that I have been cutting myself. So I am willing to talk to them.. but if you think I need to.. how would I tell them? & what do you think they would do..?

My brother (Age 8) has run away ?!?

Okay first- take a deep breath, your son will be fine- dogs are very protective and they have good instincts to get back to the house. And yes, im sure the dog will bark. So just sit tight and wait until he's found. No 8 year old that I know of would spend the night outside so if he isn't found by the police, I'm sure he make his way back with the help of the dog. As for moving- not the only option, try counseling and telling the school about the bullying situation. Just keep your cool, I'm sure your son will be found!

My best friend is depressed and suicidal, how do I help her?

My best friend from high school is really scaring me and I don't know what to do. I don't want to lose her :( Back in high school she seemed so happy but a relationship gone horribly wrong has left her depressed and unable to trust anymore. She is clinically depressed and bi-polar I think and does take medication. her parents are...fowl, they constantly put her down and the whole family seems to treat her like crap. They forced her to drop out and she had a 4.0 gpa right now she's been going to school and seeing someone else but things have been getting worse. For a while I lost contact with her and during that time she cut herself up several times. She's told me things like how she hates society and would rather be alone and that she can't trust anyone and when i told her I loved her and cared about her and that I wish she wouldn't say things like that she said she couldn't believe me...like she was afraid to be hurt again. Over the past couple days a lot of things have happened and once she tried to get help and when she told the doc (at a drug abuse clinic because the other one was closed) her mom went and said she was lying so the doctor didn't believe her when she said she was suicidal and they just gave her more meds when the other people there could see she wasn't joking. I told her to be strong that things would get better when she was able to get away from home but she said she'd kill herself before that happened and told me how her wrists are screaming for her to just end it all that nothing's worth living anymore and she'd rather be dead than put up with the crap from her parents anymore. I've tried everything and it seems to get me no where, I don't want to suggest she get help because it may make her mad. I don't live near her and cant get to her because I don't have a car but i'm scared for her she used to be so happy in high school and now after all the trauma she's endured (some of which can't be named) she's gone downhill and i'm afraid she's quite serious when she says she's going to kill herself soon. what can I do?

I'm 16 and I think about sex 24/7?

that's all normal...everyone goes through it...best thing to do is find a lot of hobbies and actually flood your thoughts into your homework...do whatever it takes to keep your mind occupied with other things...being a virgin has nothing to do with it...from what my friends told me (i'm a virgin by religious choice) you want sex more after you've had sex

Best way to handle an upcoming birthday?

I agree with the answer above. If you're not sure these girls are getting your cards and cash, then you won't know if they get a card explaining about the savings accounts. When they turn 18 and you give them access to these accounts, try to do it in person or have a phone conversation with them if you can. Even then you won't know if they are getting their mail.

A "Friend" abandoned her dog at my house and wont take him!!!?

I used to own a dog over a year ago and due to the fact I couldn't care for him the way he needed to be cared for I gave him to a better home. Now a "friend" had an issue with a LL because she neglected her dog for days on end while he barked and disturbed the neighbors so she told her her she had to get rid of the dog or she would call the SPCA by the weekend. Since it was such short notice I told her we could watch the dog for a COUPLE OF DAYS until she found a place for him to go. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I've been more then tolerant and told her several times she needs to have him out the LATEST by tonight. Now she is saying no one will take him, and she is leaving town for a week on a plane and has no where for him to go, and basically I need to keep him until she is back and figures it out. Except I have plans all week and wont be home either, therefore I've explained my house is not an option. She says she is working on an option, but I know the end result will be her leaving him. So... I've told her if he isn't gone by tonight, then I'm calling the SPCA and she said if I did that she'll send people to my house... basically threatening me. Am I being unreasonable???????? I feel so used, what would you do? Should I call the SPCA?
